Founder and CIO

Remy brings strategic leadership from his time at Roblox, where he served as Chief Privacy Officer and scaled data platforms across the organization. With additional experience at SugarCRM, he excels at building secure, efficient systems and driving customer-focused innovation—key skills for creating a robust and scalable trading platform.

Ria Hirsch

Founder and COO

Ria is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in high-impact operations and strategic initiatives. As Associate Director of Operations at Northwestern University's Farley Center, she developed and scaled teams and operations, laying the groundwork for impactful growth and efficiency—essential for optimizing the company’s internal functions and investor relations.

David Carroll

David is a seasoned technology leader with a PhD in Mathematics and academic tenure-track experience. He’s driven innovation at Meta and Google where he built data platforms and led teams, bringing a unique combination of technical rigor and strategic vision to our platform development.
